Your teacher -
An old school friend took me to the beach one morning in Tallinn to do Yoga. That first experience was a revelation and I immediately knew that I wanted to get involved in yoga -
I have tried many different styles of Hatha Yoga including Astanga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Rocket, Dharma, Jivamukti, Restorative Yin yoga and Kundalini. My own style of Power Yoga includes many different elements of these styles blended with funky music. I emphasise the importance of breathing to find calm, and on the mindset that everyone is stronger than they believe, both on and off the mat.
I hold a Level 4 Hatha Yoga Diploma and 200 hours International Yoga Alliance Qualification in Power Yoga. I teach beginner and intermediate Hatha / Power Vinyasa / Astanga / Restorative flow and Yin yoga. I have recently completed a specialist 60 hour course in yoga and injury prevention.
