CHILDREN’S YOGA
My children’s yoga classes are designed to reach the whole child. It’s not just an activity; yoga will help the child to concentrate, listen, focus and remember. They will learn to find balance mentally and physically while developing their motor skills, posture and strength. Yoga will wake up sluggish minds, improve confidence and self esteem, while reducing anxiety to bring calm and respect for themselves and others.
